By placing an order with me, you acknowledge and accept the processing, shipping and refund policies outlined on this page. No exceptions will be made.

US SHIPPING SUSPENDED

US Tariff Notice

Starting August 26, 2025, all shipments to the USA from France are being temporarily suspended. This decision was made by France, like many other European countries, due to the lack of communication from the US on how to handle the new tariffs.

It is with a heavy heart, and much frustration, that I will be stopping all shipping to the US until the suspension by La Poste France is lifted.

* As of September 28, there has been no update on the tariff situation.

Processing Time

Processing Time

As part of my sustainability efforts, all items are made to order to prevent waste. Processing time for incense is 10 business days—this is to allow for the incense to dry properly prior to shipping.

Shipping

All small orders, 2 items max, ship via regular letter mail with tracking. These padded eco envelopes are delivered to your mailbox without signature. If you would like to arrange for a more secure delivery with insurance in case of theft or loss, please contact me.

All orders with 2 or more items will ship via Colissimo with signature required. These shipments will be insured in the event of loss or theft. If you would like to arrange for cheaper shipping, please contact me.

If you need an item sent rush please contact me.

International Orders

Please note that all packages sent without tracking will not be replaced/refunded if lost or stolen.

I am currently offering shipping within the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA (once the tariff situation is handled). To request shipping for another country please contact me.

Shipping times within Europe is 3-5 days for larger packages and up to a couple weeks for smaller envelopes. For all other parts of the world please allow 3+ weeks for shipping.

Packages are sent via La Poste and delivery will be completed by your local post office, usually under the same tracking number (if sent with tracking).

→ Duties and Taxes

International shipments may incur additional fees i.e., taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are imposed by local governments—I have no control over this and cannot provide estimates. These fees are to be collected by the local carrier prior to delivery. For additional information you can contact your local customs office.

By placing an order with me, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs charges. Refusal of customs related fees will result in the package being returned to me.

In the event that you refuse to pay custom fees and duties, it is your responsibility to notify me. Refunds will be issued for returned merchandise only, excluding all shipping fees, once the returned parcel is received by me. If the returned parcel is lost in transit and does not reach me, no refund will be issued.

Lost Packages

If a package sent with tracking becomes lost in transit, you will need to contact the carrier to file a claim—I cannot do this on your behalf. If after filing a claim, the carrier deems the package lost, I will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that all packages sent without tracking will not be replaced/refunded if lost.

Stolen Packages

If your package goes missing or is stolen, please contact me right away so I can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is established, I will be able to replace your missing package.

Orders sent via Letter (brown padded envelope) are delivered to your mailbox.

Orders sent via Colissimo are delivered to your door with signature required.

To prevent theft, please ensure you enter a secure shipping address.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before check out is completed. I do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All ebooks and items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final sale.

Returns and exchanges of unopened product (unopened wax seal) are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All shipping fees are non-refundable and paid for by the customer. Refunds/store credit is issued after the merchandise is returned and received by me. If the merchandise becomes lost in transit on its way back to me, no refund will be issued.

How can I start a return?

To start a return please contact me at wildmonarchincense@gmail.com. Include your order number, reason and photos if relevant.
